We are delighted to share our plans for the Litchfield County Choral Union’s 127th Season.
Dr Gabriel Löfvall has been appointed as the LCCU’s Music Director as a permanent position and will lead the Union in its annual concert in the Music Shed on the Battell Stoeckel Estate in Norfolk, CT. The concert will be accompanied by a fully professional chamber orchestra.
Interested singers are invited to get in touch by submitting the below form. If you would like to register but are not prepared to pay online, please send an email to the registrar at [email protected] and include your full name, voice part, preferred email address, phone number and mailing address. Payment by cash or check will be due at your first rehearsal.
Rehearsals will commence on Monday May 18th. Rehearsals will occur each Monday evening from 7:00pm to 9:30pm in the Recital Room of Battell House on the Ellen Battell Stoeckel Estate in Norfolk – the venue and Main Office of the Norfolk Chamber Music Festival. There will be no rehearsal on Monday May 25th (Memorial Day).
LCCU dues are $50.00 per year, discounted to $45.00 for multiple members of the same household. Dues are waived for all high school and undergraduate level students. Scholarships are available for college students and others in need; please do not hesitate to reach out to our Registrar with inquiries. Music acquisition costs are $35 for the upcoming choral season. Music will be provided at no cost to fees-waived and scholarship students.

Purchase Your Music Scores for the Upcoming Choral Season
